Terms for using Struggle.
By using Struggle, you agree to use it as a supportive companion for everyday difficult moments, not as professional care or emergency support.
What Struggle is
Struggle provides supportive AI conversation and related resources. It is not therapy, diagnosis, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency support.
Emergency and crisis situations
Do not rely on Struggle in emergencies. If you may be in danger, may harm yourself or someone else, or need urgent support, contact local emergency services or a local crisis hotline immediately.
Your responsibilities
- Use Struggle lawfully and respectfully.
- Do not submit content you do not have permission to share.
- Do not try to disrupt, reverse engineer, abuse, or overload the service.
- Do not use Struggle to make high-risk medical, legal, financial, or safety decisions.
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are managed through Apple in-app purchase and RevenueCat entitlement checks. Prices, renewal, cancellation, refund, and billing controls are handled by Apple according to your App Store account settings and Apple policies.
Availability
We try to keep Struggle reliable, but the service may be unavailable, delayed, or limited at times. AI responses may be incomplete or incorrect.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the updated terms.
