What to include
- The email or Apple account you used for your purchase, if relevant.
- Your device model and iOS version.
- A short description of what happened.
- No passwords, payment card numbers, or private chat content.
Common requests
- Restore purchases from Settings inside the app.
- Use the in-app support resources for crisis and safety information.
- Use delete account/data or contact support for account deletion, data access, or data deletion requests.
