If you may be in immediate danger or need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a local crisis hotline now. Struggle is not emergency support. It looks for signs and offers resources, but it can miss things, and it is not a monitoring service.

What to include

• Your device model and iOS version.
• The app version and the exact error wording, if one appeared.
• A short description of what happened and what you already tried.
• No passwords, payment card numbers, Apple Account email, or private chat content. Struggle cannot match an Apple Account email to its anonymous app records.

Common requests

• Restore purchases from Settings inside the app.
• Use the in-app support resources for crisis and safety information.
• Use delete account/data or contact support for account deletion, data access, or data deletion requests.
