Delete account and data
Request deletion.
If you want Struggle to delete your account data or conversation data, email support@struggle.app.
Struggle is not emergency support. If you may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a local crisis hotline now.
What to include
- Use the subject line: Delete my Struggle account/data.
- Include the email or Apple account connected to your purchase, if relevant.
- Do not include passwords, payment card numbers, or private chat content.
What happens next
We will review the request, verify what data is connected to your app account, and delete eligible account or conversation data unless we need to retain limited records for legal, fraud-prevention, billing, or security reasons.
Subscriptions
Deleting app data does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Manage cancellation and billing from your Apple account subscription settings.
